We understand it can be tricky knowing your size with different brands, especially if you are in the pregnancy stage. Please refer to our size chart or feel free to reach out to us if you are still unsure by email: info@iamibu.com

 

How long until I receive my order? 

All orders within Australia are sent with Australia Post. Items sent with standard shipping will be received within 3-7 business days. If you wish to have your order sent express or are shopping outside of Australia, please refer to our shipping page for more details.

All of our orders are packed in Byron Bay, Australia. As our location is classified as regional, we cannot offer overnight delivery. 

For all International orders, we use DHL. A cost estimation will be provided at checkout based on your destination. Please allow 3-7 business days for your parcel to arrive via DHL Express.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Sorry, but unfortunately it isn't possible from our end to change or cancel an order once it has been processed.

This means that no further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to: removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your order.


What if I order the wrong size or the style doesn't suit me?

We accept returns within 10 days of receipt for items that are unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags attached. Please include the original packing slip in your return package. Please note, we are unable to offer exchange.

 

What if my styles arrive and are faulty?

If you think you have a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with images of the concern and quote your order number. 

 

I registered my interest on a style, now what?

Once your favourite style arrives we will alert you on email. Please note, we do not reserve styles as our range size is small and pieces are limited. 

 

Can I include a personalised message for a gift?

Yes, please add your personalised message into our notes section at checkout or email us at info@iamibu.com and we will include your special message handwritten inside the package.

 

Are there any special care instructions for certain styles?

Each individual iamibu piece requires specific care depending on the fabrication. Please refer to the individual product page for details on how to look after your piece.
