Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Please bear with us as we are a small team. We aim to have all orders shipped out the next business day. 

Australian Orders
FREE standard shipping and tracking with Australia Post. Delivery within 4 - 8 business days.
We offer express shipping for a flat rate of $15.00 aud. Delivery within 1-5 business days.

International Orders
We offer both standard and express shipping internationally with the costs calculated at checkout depending on your destination. Please note, these costs are exclusive of any taxes and duties which may be set by customs in your country.

Please allow 7-14 business days for express and 7-21 business days for standard. Shipping times differ for different destinations. 

Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.
If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties, the item(s) will be returned to sender and the order will be refunded, excluding the return and original shipping fee.  

Tracking your order 
All customers will receive a confirmation email following dispatch providing you with tracking information.

Wanting your order to arrive before Christmas? Please note that there are cut-off dates for receiving your package in time with Australia Post.

Standard Shipping Within Australia - Order before December 19 (December 15 for NT).

Express Shipping Within Australia - Order before December 22 (December 20 for NT).

International Shipping - You can view delivery dates for your country here.

Purchases made between 1 December and 31 December will be eligible for our extended returns period. Returns can be requested up until 31 January 2024.

Returns

We offer refunds within 10 days of receiving your order. 

Due to our small range size, we have restricted styles and sizes and are unfortunately unable to offer an exchange.

If you wish to change for another size or style, we suggest you return your original order and repurchase another. 

All items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags attached.  Please be mindful when trying the product on, as pieces with marks will not be accepted for return. 

How To Return

Email us at returns@iamibu.com to organise your return. You will need your order number and the email address associated with the order. Please note the we do not cover the cost of return postage.
